What is Yoga As it is?

Your body, breath and mind are very precious sheaths of you. Their manifestation should not be limited by confining their expression by following a path of particularity, conclusions or targets under the restrictions of a style of practise. As long as your Self is exposed to any form of restriction, so long your practise is just a physical activity such as sports. A true Yoga practise should facilitate your body, breath and mind to bloom in the dimension of existential infiniteness. This leads to expression of your wisdom and the evolution of your soul making you free from influence of Karma.

Daily Yoga – what we offer

Our daily yoga classes are mainly Posture classes (Asana practice) often combined with short Meditations and Pranayama. In these daily yoga classes we are working with all the five sheaths of You, naming body, breath, mind, wisdom and soul (or the Self). You will be guided into different postures in accordance with the ancient yogic philosophy to facilitate your experience of the true “Self” beyond any mind conditionings or past influences. You will be directed towards expressing your “Self” in a total freedom state which is the secret to a healthy and happy life.

About the Teachers

We have a beautiful team of international and local teachers who have all evolved under the personal guidance of founder Vijay Gopala. Our teachers will provide you with an experience where the essence of Yoga is truly understood and comes from the background of completeness. A joyful, friendly and pure atmosphere is created through their dedication to sharing the true love and essence of Yoga.

All our teachers hold a Yoga Alliance accredited certification and are passionate Yogis who are always learning and evolving as a teacher.

Do I need any past experience in Yoga to come to a class?

All levels of experience are welcome to all of our classes. Whether you are a complete beginner with no previous experience, an advanced practitioner or a teacher yourself, our experienced teachers are able to adapt to every student during the class, ensuring everyone is able to get the most out of their time spent on the mat.
